“Left Handed People are in their right minds.”

With today being National Left Handers Day and me being a member of the Southpaw clan, I thought I would let you in a few fun facts about your lefty friends. These traits are often attributed to Left-handed people being traditionally right-brained individuals.

Throughout history the word left has always been met with a negative connotation. They question that still remains unanswered is what causes handedness. Although there are no hard facts on the cause, there are some distinct characteristics of those individuals. Only about 10% of the population falls in this group.

  • If you are a leftie you are 3 times more likely to be an alcoholic
