What types of storage units does Stor-All offer?
Stor-All Storage provides small, short term, and affordable storage units for individuals and businesses. Storage units range from the size of a closet up to the size a two car garage and can be rented on a monthly basis for as little as $29.

What is regular storage?
Regular storage units are perfect for items you would normally store in your garage like sporting goods equipment, camping gear, snow tires, outdoor furniture, kitchen wares, construction material and other items that don’t require air conditioning or heating.

What is climate-controlled storage?
Climate-controlled storage units are air-conditioned and/or heated and perfect for items you normally keep in your home like furniture, clothing, and other valuable items that need low humidity and a constant comfortable temperature. When comparing storage companies, always ask if climate-controlled means air conditioned and heated.

Is my storage unit a rental or a lease?
Your storage unit is on a month to month rental agreement. You may move out at anytime. However, we do appreciate a seven day notice.

Who has the key to my storage unit?
You use your own lock and you are the only one with a key. You can purchase a new lock at your nearest Stor-All.

How much storage do I need?
Call one of our knowledgeable Team members, there are many factors involved in getting you the correct storage requirements for your specific needs.

When can I access my unit?
Your unit is accessible 7 days a week 365 days a year between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm.

What type of security do you have?
All Stor-Alls have access control systems in place that require use of a personal code to gain access to the facility. Digital closed circuit surveillance cameras and other security systems are used to further protect your possessions.

Who can access my unit?
Only you and any person that you have given your personal access code and lock key to.

Do you have dollies and carts?
All Stor-Alls have flatbed carts to assist in loading and moving your items.

Do I need insurance?
It is recommended that stored items of value are properly insured. Check with your home or rental insurer to see if your current policy covers items in storage. Insurance is also offered at our stores through a third party insurance company.

Do you accept deliveries for my unit?
We will accept deliveries for you with some restrictions.

What credit cards do you accept?
Stor-All accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards as well as Visa and MasterCard debit cards.

What types of identification do you require?
We require a copy of your driver’s license or passport.

What size units do you have, how high?
Most stores offer a variety of sizes from the size of a small closet to a single car garage with ceiling heights of 8 feet.

When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the monthly anniversary of your move-in date each month. If you wish to pay on a specific day each month this can be arranged.

Does Stor-All have a guarantee?
Yes we do! If for any reason you are not satisfied within seven days of signing your rental agreement, Stor-All will refund all your rent.
