What types of storage units does Stor-All offer?
Stor-All Self Storage provides small, short term and affordable storage units for individuals and businesses. Storage units range from the size of a closet up to the size a two car garage.
What is regular storage units?
Regular storage units are perfect for items you would normally store in your garage like sporting goods equipment, camping gear, snow tires, outdoor furniture, kitchen wares, construction material and other items that don't require air conditioned or heated area.
What is climate-controlled storage?
Climate-controlled storage units are air-conditioned and/or heated and perfect for items you normally keep in your home like furniture, clothing, and other valuable items that need low humidity and a constant comfortable temperature. When comparing storage companies, always ask if climate-controlled means air-conditioned and heated.
Is my storage unit a rental or a lease?
At Stor-All your storage unit is on a month-to-month rental agreement. You may move out at anytime; however, we do appreciate a 15 day notice.
Who has the key to my storage unit?
You use your own lock and you are the only one with a key. You can purchase a new lock at your nearest Stor-All Storage.
How much storage do I need?
Call one of Stor-All's knowledgeable Team Members, as there are many factors involved in getting you the correct storage requirements for your specific needs.
When can I access my storage unit?
Your storage unit is accessible 7 days a week, 365 days a year between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm.
What type of security do you have at Stor-All?
All Stor-All facilities have access control systems in place that require use of a personal code to gain access to the facility. Digital closed circuit surveillance cameras and other security systems are used to further protect your possessions in your storage unit.
Who can access my storage unit?
Only you and any person that you have given your storage unit personal access code and lock key to.
Do you have dollies and carts?
All Stor-Alls have flatbed carts to assist in loading and moving your items.
Do I need insurance at Stor-All Storage?
It is recommended that stored items of value are properly insured. Check with your home or rental insurer to see if your current policy covers items in storage.
Do you accept deliveries for my storage unit?
We will accept deliveries for you with some restrictions.
What credit cards does Stor-All accept?
Stor-All accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards as well as Visa and MasterCard debit cards.
What types of identification does Stor-All require?
Stor-All requires a copy of your driver's license or passport.
What size storage units does Stor-All have, how high are they?
Most stores offer a variety of sizes from the size of a small closet to a single car garage with ceiling heights of 8 feet.
Does Stor-All have a guarantee?
Yes we do! If for any reason you are not satisfied within seven days of signing your rental agreement, Stor-All will refund all your rent.
